"PEOPLE DON'T BUY FOR LOGICAL REASONS. THEY BUY FOR EMOTIONAL REASONS."
LET'S PLAY A GAME!
WOULD YOU RATHER...
A. Cold call.
B. Spend hours and hours creating content for your social media pages, websites, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
C. Purchase great content that is ready to use right out of the box.
If you answered, "A", we would love to interview you, a unicorn, and Bigfoot. We have never met or witnessed an agent who would choose cold calling. Never. Ever. We didn't know agents like you actually exist. ((wink-wink))
If you answered, "B", bookmark our site and come back as often as you would like for inspiration. We love sharing our knowledge with anyone who is willing to read our "long winded" posts and articles — we are kind of like your uncle that way... he's neat and cool, but man, does he talk your ear off.
If "C" is your answer, well, "Hello there, hot stuff!"
Pardon the cheesy pick-up line, but we think we may be a match made in content heaven. After all, you remind us of a magnet, because we sure are attracted to you.
Speaking of magnets...
Great content posted regularly is an excellent way to attract buyers and sellers to your business. Content that is short and sweet, informational, educational, and entertaining is exactly what people are into these days.
The simplest way to stay ahead of the content game is to create an easy to follow (and easier to implement) editorial calendar and content strategy.
And do we have a solution!
When you post quality content consistently, you are delivering value and service before sales — something everyone appreciates, no matter the industry. Post enough of the "good stuff" and you are planting "seeds of familiarity and trust" that will grow into positive relationships and experiences for all.
Our posts, articles, and graphics can be used to assist you in your current marketing strategies. Use them in place of some of those "awkward" forms of lead generation you should be doing, but prefer not to (you are no Bigfoot, thank you very much).
It is imperative for agents, nowadays, to have a social media and web presence with a solid and consistent marketing strategy if they want to grow their business and increase sales. Content from Stock Publications will help get you to where you want to be — the owner of a booming business with a well-balanced life.
So then, how do you create an editorial calendar and content strategy from scratch?

An editorial calendar can be a number of different things. It can be a simple desk calendar from the dollar store, an elaborate spreadsheet, OR a basic editorial calendar sheet (like the one we have below that you can download for free).
Let's assume you are reading this post in December. Ideally, you will want to have your content and editorial calendar completed at least 5-6 weeks ahead of time. If you are like most, you don't. So, let's pretend we are starting from scratch.
Here's some good news, though...
Creating an editorial calendar and content strategy is not hard and shouldn't take much time if you followed the above "GETTING STARTED" points above.
BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF ONE OF THE BASIC EDITORIAL CALENDARS FILLED IN WITH CONTENT POST IDEAS:

Knowing what kind of content you want to post is the most important part of the content equation. Filling it in (creating/writing yourself or purchasing content from us), is surprisingly easier when you have a focused plan.
Posts do not have to be long. Short, easy to consume posts with great graphics are the best posts. They are more likely to be shared and more likely to engage with your clients and prospects.
